After a rumoured on-again, off-again relationship, Euphoria star Jacob Elordi and actress Olivia Jade Giannulli are not only officially back together but also “getting serious,” a source tells PEOPLE.
The couple, who were most last spotted together on vacation in Italy in early June, also took a trip to Lake Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, in the middle of July with Giannulli’s parents, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli.
The source said of the Australian actor, 26, and the Dancing With the Stars contestant, 23, “Jacob had to leave early to fly back to Australia, but they looked like they had a great time together.” They make a very adorable couple.
Elordi, who had previously dated Zendaya, Kaia Gerber, and his Euphoria co-star, was initially connected to Giannulli in late 2021 after they were spotted having coffee together in Los Angeles, a few months after Giannulli ended her relationship with Jackson Guthy.
One insider claimed to PEOPLE at the time that Giannulli, 23, and Elordi, 26, were “casually dating,” while another source denied this.
However, they have been spotted together multiple times over the past three months, and the insider has confirmed that they are a couple.
Elordi, who initially gained notoriety for his performance in the 2018 smash hit The Kissing Booth, will next play Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s upcoming biopic Priscilla. In his September GQ cover story, he discussed how Elvis served as his inspiration.
“I’ve almost thoroughly examined every actor from that era, and I misrepresented [Elvis] as a performer and singer. Then again, he was an actor. At the time, Elordi commented, “I suppose in a way, I’m trying to learn from [those like him.
